Student Cap and Gown Information

All students participating in commencement ceremonies on campus must wear a cap and gown to participate. Caps and gowns for Bachelors, Masters, and PhD students can be purchased from the University Store beginning on March 22nd up until Commencement on May 19th. Students' first chance to purchase regalia is at our annual Commencement Fair in March.

Custom Regalia

Some PhD students prefer to purchase custom regalia. We recommend this option for those who plan to attend numerous ceremonies that require academic regalia. If you'd like to order custom regalia, please visit our Custom Regalia page. Please note, we require a 4-7 week lead time for custom orders.
