Shipping Policy

Placing Orders

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm. Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground service. Please note that shipping times can vary based on holidays and special events on campus. We strive to pack and ship orders within 24 hours of placement whenever possible.
We only ship within the United States. If you're international, please contact us via email to review options for shipping outside of the United States.

Gift Orders

If you would like to send an order as a gift, please indicate the items that are gifts on the checkout page. For gift orders we will remove tags and include a gift receipt, include a custom note to the recipient. Please list your email address to receive final order totals. We do not offer gift wrapping. There is no extra fee for gifts.

Diploma Frames

In some cases, diploma frames might ship directly from our diploma frame vendor. This vendor uses FedEx for shipping. We will notify you if your frame will be shipped directly from the vendor along with tracking information from FedEx.

Pickup in Store - Free

You will receive an email when your order is available for pick-up. Textbook orders can be picked up on the lower level of the University Store. Merchandise orders can be picked up on the upper level of the University Store. Architecture/Design kits can be picked up in the Art Store.

Standard Shipping - $8.00 - excludes Alaska and Hawaii

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders with more than four fragile items will be subject to an additional $2 fee for extra packing materials. Other items that incur additional handling fees are:

• Diploma Frames - $27 handling fee

Handling fees cover insurance for the item(s) and require a signature upon delivery. The handling fee is added to the base shipping cost.

Laptops & Tablets (Standard Shipping) - Free

We offer free standard shipping on laptops and tablets. Orders are shipped UPS Ground and are insured. We require a signature for laptop & tablet deliveries. Laptop & Tablet shipping is free only for standard shipping.

Alaska and Hawaii - $28.00

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders with more than four fragile items will be subject to an additional $2 fee for extra packing materials. Other items that incur additional handling fees are:

• Diploma Frames - $27 additional fee for insurance, shipping materials, and signature required services.

U.S Territories: $50.00

Orders are shipped via UPS standard shipping. This cost includes signature required and customs fees incurred. Large items like diploma frames have additional handling fees for insurance.

UPS Expedited 2 Day (Continental US) - $15.00

Orders are shipped via UPS Air 2nd Day. Orders with more than four fragile items will be subject to an additional $2 fee for extra packing materials. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S territories, we'll add charges accordingly. Other items that incur additional handling fees are:

Next Day Air (Continental US) - $40.00

Orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Please note that orders will be shipped as soon as possible during regular hours of operation. Please place orders by NOON for same day shipment. Orders placed after noon may ship out the following morning. The store is open Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. If you would like Saturday delivery this option will incur additional charges. We will contact you to determine the cost. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S territories, we'll add charges accordingly.
Orders containing more than four fragile items will be subject to bulk shipping charges. We will contact you to determine the extra shipping costs.

Decals & Magnets - $3.00

If you are ordering only decals, magnets, stickers, notecards, or small pennants for shipping, choose "Decals & Magnets" as your shipping method. The shipping charge is $3.00. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Shipping to P.O Boxes, Military Bases, and Government Addresses

If you plan to ship to a P.O box, APO, or other address type not serviced by UPS, we will send your order via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If we have to ship via USPS we'll notify you and provide tracking information.

Custom Regalia - $15.95

Our standard shipping rate for custom regalia orders is set at $15.95. We cannot offer expedited or overnight shipping on custom regalia since it is hand stitched based on your measurements. It can take up to 4-7 weeks for custom regalia to ship.
