General Shipping Information

Merchandise:

General merchandise orders are processed within 1-2 business days, regardless of shipping method selected. Merchandise orders for clothing or gift items may be delayed during the start of each semester due to increased textbook orders.

Merchandise orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service priority mail.

Our flat rate shipping fee is $8.00.

Customers that request expedited shipping will be contacted to discuss increased shipping charges. Expedited shipping charges may vary.

Gift Cards are shipped via USPS (Flat Rate $2.99).

Diploma Frames are shipped directly from the manufacturer (Rate $25.00). Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Chairs are shipped directly from the manufacturer ($50.00). Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, these items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. 

Textbooks:

Textbook orders are processed at the start of each term. Processing time will vary depending on quantity of orders received. Please plan on at least 2-3 business days before orders are processed and shipped.

Merchandise orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service priority mail.

Our flat rate shipping fee is $4.99. 

Any textbook returns need to be returned to the store prior to the refund deadline for that semester.

The URI Campus Store will provide a shipping label for returns.
