Spring 2018 Commencement

The graduation fee is payment for your diploma, cap/gown and tassel, which you may keep,and other graduation costs incurred by the University. Caps/gowns and tassels will be available from the Main Bookstore beginning Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Spring Grad Fair for undergrads, MED, and MBA.

The Spring Grad Fair will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 on the Main campus in the Hawkins-Conard Student Center from noon until 5:00 where you may pick up your cap and gown, order class rings and announcements, get your portrait taken in your cap and gown, and much more!

All graduates picking up caps and gowns will need a picture I.D. If someone else is picking up your cap/gown, they will need written permission from you. There is a $7.75 UPS charge to have your cap/gown sent to your home or work. Extra tassels are $5.

Graduating students attending classes off Main campus site must request caps and gowns be brought to these locations for pick up by signing up in each bookstore, respectively. Otherwise, gowns may be picked up on Main campus or mailed out.

On Spring Commencement Day, May 5, 2018, the Main Bookstore, located in the Hawkins-Conard Student Center, will be open from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Can't make it to Grad Fair? Caps and gowns may be picked up anytime after Grad Fair thru Commencement Day.
