We gladly stand behind our quality merchandise and offer a full refund when accompanied with the sales receipt. Defective merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds on purchases made by either credit card or BuffCard must be credited to the card used to purchase the returned item.

We will honor a FULL refund on textbooks and supplemental course material, unless marked "non-returnable" , with the purchase receipt on all new and used items returned in their purchase condition through the time frames listed below for respective terms:

• Fall and Spring Semesters: Through the first week of classes for the fall and spring semesters.
• Summer Sessions: Through the fourth class day after classes begin for the session.
• Intersession: Through the third class day after classes begin for the session.
• Correspondence: Within twelve business days from the date of purchase. Course material purchased after the timeframes identified above, are not eligible for a refund and any exchange of value will be limited to buyback policy.

We will provide a full refund within 14-days of purchase with the original sales receipt on general merchandise in resalable condition.

We will provide a full refund within three business days of purchase with the original sales receipt on non-course related books.

Non-returnable items include clearance merchandise, computer software, opened computer supplies (unless defective), study guides, Cliff Notes and graduation supplies.
