Store Policies

Return & Refund Policy


Refunds for textbooks will be done within the first five days of the semester for which the books are purchased.

A receipt must be presented for all refunds or exchanges.

New books must be in original condition, free from any writing, highlighting or creases. Shrink-wrapped items that have been opened are non-returnable.

If a new book has any marks on it but is still in salable condition, the bookstore may refund 75% of the new price. Store management reserves the right to determine salability.

Special orders are non-returnable.

A check will be processed through the Business Office for all refunds over $50.

Textbooks purchased after the refund deadlines, are refundable for up to 48 hours if the course has been canceled by the college. If the book was purchased at the beginning of the semester for a late start class, the book is refundable for up to 48 hours after the start of the class if the class is canceled or dropped by student.

There are no refunds on books purchased during the last two weeks of classes if they are purchased for the current semester.

Clothing and imprinted items can be returned or exchanged within three months of purchase. Must be in same condition as when purchased (ex tags must still be on the clothing items).

PLEASE CHECK BOOKS FOR ANY DAMAGE (EX. WATER DAMAGE, TORN/MISSING PAGES). ANY DAMAGED BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED WITHIN THE FIRST 5 DAYS OF THE SEMESTER.

All information you provide to us electronically is kept confidential and will not be applied in ways to which you have not consented. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party.

We also collect information about your use of our site through the application of “cookies.” This information helps us customize our Web site and allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose.

Encryption is used for the transfer of data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web sites.
